How soon in advance should I book my rental?
If you are interested in a 6-foot stork rental sign and you know your due date/event date - the best time to reserve is ASAP to hold your place on our schedule! If you’ve just given birth & have not yet reserved a stork rental - no worries! Our goal is to deliver and begin your rental process within 24-48 hours max!

Should I reserve a birth announcement stork rental before my baby is born?
Yes, we highly encourage you to do so! This will book your place on our schedule, with some wiggle room of course! Just be sure to contact us once your baby has arrived and we can schedule a definite delivery date/time.

Can I rent a stork for Gender Reveals, Sip & Sees, Baby Showers, etc.?
Yes! The bundle for Baby Showers and Sip & Sees will include a generic message of your choice that states, “It’s a Boy” or “It’s a Girl” or “Welcome Baby”. Bundles for Gender Reveals have two options.
Option 1: This package includes a rental of one blue stork and one pink stork; both bundles will be left blank to be used as the perfect prop for your big reveal!
Option 2: We also offer the option of allowing our storks to have a part in announcing the gender of your baby! This option would be discounted to $75 and would include one single stork (pink or blue) with a generic message on the bundle that includes:
“It’s a Boy” or “It’s a Girl”
If you’d like a personalized bundle with this package, please just let us know and we can make accommodations!

Can I reserve a sibling sign or a pet sign?
Yes! We encourage you to include the whole family! Each add-on sibling and pet sign are $25.00 per name! Siblings are personalized on our star signs, dogs are personalized on our bone signs, and cats are personalized on our cat signs!

Can I put multiple names on a bundle, sibling star, dog bone, or cat?
No. You must purchase separate bundles, sibling stars, dog bones, and cats for each name.

Can I keep all my personalized signs? (bundle, sibling add-on, pet add-on)
Yes! All personalized items are yours to keep and will be placed at your front door following stork breakdown.

How are sibling and pet signs personalized?

How many times can a bundle or add-on sibling/pet sign be used?
Each bundle and add-on sign may be personalized and used with a stork rental up to ONE time each.

Can I keep my stork?
No. The stork is a rental only, however, any personalized bundles will be left with you as a special keepsake to enjoy for years to come!

Do you offer birth announcements for proud grandparents?
Yes! This rental includes the stork and a generic bundle that can say:
“It’s a Grandson” / “It’s a Granddaughter”
“Proud Grandparents to a baby boy/girl”
The bundle is not left behind as a keepsake.

Can I choose where our stork rental is placed?
We strive to position our storks in the best location possible, optimizing visibility - leaving you with the best background in mind for the perfect photo ops! If you prefer a specific location for set up, please just let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your request!

Can I move, reposition, alter or attach anything to the rental signs?
No. Please do not make any alterations or changes to our storks or rental signs. This includes, but is not limited to: hanging/attaching ANY additional items to our storks by use of tape, nails, puddy, glue, screws etc. Items such as balloons, streamers, ribbons/bows or additional signs not provided by The Stork Sisters & More in some form or fashion can cause permanent damage to our property.

Can we continue our yard maintenance while a stork is installed?
We ask that all yard maintenance (i.e. mowing, weed eating, etc.) be completed prior to your stork rental being delivered OR following the removal of your stork rental. Any contact with one of these pieces of equipment may cause permanent damage to our signs.

What if the stork rental becomes damaged?
Our storks are made of the highest quality PVC and are designed to last all weather conditions. With that said, they are not designed for climbing, leaning against or holding up any weight but its own. The Stork Sisters & More are not held responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving a sign while on the renter’s property. The owner of the home in which the rental sign is posted will be responsible for payment of any damage to the sign while on the owner’s property. By renting a sign from The Stork Sisters & More, the homeowner accepts responsibility for the sign.

How can I place my order and submit payment?
You can contact us by phone or email to place your customized order. We currently accept cash, check, Venmo and PayPal.

Do you have a refund policy once an order is paid in full?
No. While we do not offer a refund option, we do allow and encourage you to reschedule your rental at time most convenient for you. We ask that you reschedule your new date within 48 hours of canceling so that we can get you right back on our books in the near future!
